Delete your True Barber account

In the app (fastest)

Open True Barber and sign in.
Go to the Account tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email info@mdakatech.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, name and email address
Your VIP Passes and payment records linked to you
Your reviews
Notification tokens

What is kept

Shops keep their queue history with your name removed. Records we must keep by law may be retained for the required period. Backups are overwritten within about 30 days. Remaining VIP Pass days are not refunded.

Shop owners: because closing a shop affects its customers, please email us to close your shop and delete your account.
